He is survived by: his close friend Hercules; his wife Marcia Kuizin of Springfield; his sons, Nicholas Barnard (Rachel) of Springfield and Matthew Barnard (Jo) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Brynn, Landon, Emily and Lucas Barnard; his mother-in-law Judith Guinn of Springfield; his siblings, John Barnard (Vickie) of St. Charles, MO, Steve Anders (Mary Chapman) of Springfield, Gerry Barnard (Nancy) of Chesapeake, VA, Jody Martinie of Springfield, Jay Barnard (Janice) of Springfield and Dawn Dodd (Gary) of Petersburg; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Barnard of Springfield, Thomas Kuizin (Susan) of Springfield and James Kuizin (John Foreman) of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
