She is survived by: her children, Elmer Johnson Jr., Neta Staggs, Robert Johnson, Elaine Johnson and Melvin Johnson; her sisters-in-law, Betty and Mary Work; and her great grandchildren, LaRue (Shani), Christine Medley (VA), Robert (DeAnn) and Frederick Horton Jr. (MD).
