She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip F. Curry and Melinda "Linnie" Curry of Kansas City, KS.; her husband Dr. Leo J. Garvert; and her granddaughter Melissa Scranton. She is survived by: her brother Phil H.; her children, Linda, Joan, John Garvert of Springfield, Rita McCarthy, Sally Restrepo (Roberto) of New Berlin and Leone Quick (Chad) of Davisburg, MI; and her grandchildren, Michael, Melinda McCarthy, Megan Rice (Cody), Maria Turner, Ana Johnson (Eric), Kaitlin Glasgow (Gene) and Clayton Quick (Halie). She is also survived by brother, Joseph Curry, DVM; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
