She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Alexander and Angela Hayes Gietl; and her brother-in-law Dr. Joe Fluckiger. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Marks (Ricky) of Waxhaw, NC, Brian Maloy (Mitzi) of Springfield and Tim Maloy (Lisa) of Waxhaw, NC; her siblings, Louis Gietl (Kathy) of Springfield, Maureen Guzzo (Angelo), Virginia Bolbach (Dennis), Madonna Fluckiger, Larry Gietl (Kathleen) and Bernie Gietl (DL); her grandchildren, Emily, Sammy, Brady, Eleanor, Joseph, Cecelia, Agnes and Zellie; her niece Angela Christie (Mike); her nephew John Fluckiger (Trish); and her grandchildren, Mary Katherine, John, Matthew, Thomas, Peter and Grace.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Parish.
