She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lowe and Bertie Lowe (Cox); her husband James M. Kerns Jr.; and her son-in-law Bud McTaggart. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Yeager (Thomas) of Springfield, IL, Deborah McTaggart (late Bud) of Pawnee, IL and Timothy Kerns (Janet) of North Ft.
