She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Eddy and Gladys Eddy; her former husband James Clifford Gay; and her children, Carolyn Gay and Baby Humphrey.

She is survived by: her spouse Jack Lee Humphrey, Sr.; her children, Jack Humphrey, Jr. of Springfield, Melody Hawn of Pawnee, Debra, Wanda Faye and Patricia; and her brother Gordie Eddy. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
