It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Phillip Gleason of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bryce, Eileen Gleason of Chatham and Phil Wiard of Florida; and his aunts, Tracy Compston of Springfield and Joni Leckrone of Springfield.

He is survived by: his parents, Mark Bryce Gleason (Holli) of Pawnee and Toni Rae Wiard Gleason (Floyd) of Chatham; his sister Monica Raines of Springfield; his stepsiblings, Kaytlin Smith of Springfield, Ashli Smith of Pawnee, Dawn Kerska (Josh) of Chatham, Jeremy Sellers (Jeni) of Sherman and Cody Sellers (Amber) of Williamsville; and his grandparents, Dorthy Shaw of Riverton and Shirley Ravensburg of Florida. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
