She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Caufield and Annabelle Caufield; her close friend Robert Kalb; and her siblings, Thomas, Bernard, George, James Caufield, Catherine Alvey, Dorothy Robinson, Mary Oldham, Clara Sepesy and Berniece Sepesy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Sebok of Springfield, Karen Harris (Kevin) of Springfield, Patti Farrar (Dennis) of Kennesaw, GA and Karla Kuhns (Stephen) of Edwardsville; her grandchildren, Michael Kalb of Springfield, Nicholas Harris (Whitney), Collin Harris, Zachary Harris of Portland, OR, Ashleigh Farrar (Jeff Lentz) of Powder Springs, Jason Farrar of Atlanta, GA, Logan, Rileigh and Delaney Kuhns of Edwardsville; her great grandchildren, Destiny Kalb of Springfield, Ethen Kalb of Edwardsville, Trevor Kalb (Taylor) of Texas, Theo, Sullivan and River Lentz of Powder Springs, GA; her great great grandchildren, Anastasia, Athena Kalb of Texas, Kaden and Brielle Hill of Springfield; her brothers, Patrick Caufield of West Virginia and Clarence Caufield of Springfield; and her close friend Yadi Sue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
