She is survived by: her daughter Debby Guimard of Springfield; her stepdaughters, Barbara Ann Ward (Brad) of Palm Coast, FL and Kelly Murphy of Bloomington, IN; her grandchildren, Dawn Phillips (Patrick), Brett Guimard (Colene Stoernell), Andrew Ward (Lauren), Aaron Ward, Genevieve and George Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Caragan, Kelby Phillips, Addison Guimard, Caladon Guimard and Gianna Guimard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
