She was predeceased by: her daughter Elisabeth Miles of Yucaipa, California; her parents, Rudolph and Mary A. Soukup (Stajdl) of Benld, Illinois; and her brother James R. Soukup of Troy, Virginia.. She is survived by: her husband Ivan "Ron" Levin; her children, Carrie Levin of Springfield, Peter Levin of Springfield and John Levin (Kathy) of Sherman, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Leah, Hannah, Nicholas and Sean.
