She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Ostermeier (Blanchard) and Otto Ostermeier; her sister Frieda Filson (Bob); her son Thomas Poludniak (Susan); and her close friend Paul Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Poludniak of Springfield and Diane Schultz (late Jeff) of Bellvue, CO; her grandchildren, Karen Gregory (John), Megan Winczewski (Greg), Phillip Poludniak and Kate Poludniak-Young; and her great grandchildren, Haylee, Madison Winczewski, Brycen, Korbin Gregory and Sofi Young.
Memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Quilt Guild of Springfield, IL.
