She is survived by: her husband Ernest Lewis of Springfield; her children, Ranay Lewis of Springfield, Callison Lewis of Springfield, Patrick Lewis of Evanston and Starlin Lewis of Springfield; her granddaughter Destiny Lewis of Springfield; and her sisters, Elizabeth Harvell of Springfield and Annie Ampy (Raymond) of Carbondale. She is also survived by nieces, nephews' cousins and friends.
