She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Gebhardt and Katherine Brickler Gebhardt; her son Matt McCarty; and her brother Larry Gebhardt. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hicks (Richard Stoye) of Athens, Ralph Mcarty (Melissa Slack) of Springfield, Michael McCarty (Becky) of Springfield and Ronnie McCarty (Ashley) of Waxahachie, TX; and her siblings, Sharon Miller of Springfield, Jeff Gebhardt (Sally) of Springfield and Thomas Gebhardt (Valerie) of Springfield. She is also survived by two uncles and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
