He was predeceased by: his wife Nina L. Claycomb; his parents, Leslie Claycomb and Wanda Claycomb Sr.; his brothers, Ernest J. and Curtis D. Claycomb; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Elston and Sandra Luster.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Gregory Horn (Cindy), Bruce Elston Sr., William Luster Sr., Jeannie Miller Claycomb and Vicky Vespa Claycomb; and also, Constance Dampier of Lakeland, GA, Steven Imlay (Beth) of Riverton, IL, Kimberly Earl Suiter (Dave) and Leslie D. Claycomb III. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
