He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Boden of Springfield; his children, Chad Forbes of Springfield, Carrie Wolak (Cory) of Elgin, IL and Crystal Shepherd (Joe) of Auburn, IL; his grandchildren, Mason Dennis, Gracelyn Shepherd, Logan and Emelynn Wolak; and his pets, Rocco and Sadie.
