He is survived by: his wife Della Carpenter; his children, David McKnelly (Cher) of Springfield, Daniel McKnelly of Springfield and Jamie Eller (Michael) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Nick, Garrett, Margo, David, Jr., Brittany, Travis, Matt, Noah, Michael, Mason and Dominic; and his sister Pat Barraza (Jorge) of Littleton, CO. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
