Lee Gibson Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 94, Lee Gibson Jr. of Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Gibson and Mary B. Watkins Gibson Sr.; and his sisters, Helen Barnett and Elizabeth Glasscock. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Olson Lang; his stepdaughters, Sheila Snyder (Joe) of Emden, IL, Connie S. Lang of Springfield and Michele M. Peeples of Racine, WI; his sons, Dwight Lee Gibson (Jenna) and Grant Myron Gibson of Henderson, KY; his stepson Bob Lang of Springfield; and his brother Clyde Gibson (Faye) of Indiana. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four step grandchildren.
