He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Zukas, Sr. and Wanda Tanner Volz. He is survived by: his significant other Bonita Dillon; his daughter Laken Zukas (Zach Waide); his grandson Oliver Waide; and his sister Brenda Reynolds (Ed Reynolds). He is also survived by three nieces.
