He is survived by: his children, Kevin Boehm of Chicago, IL and Melissa "Missy" Grubb (Ray) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Sofia, Lola, Luca Boehm, Tori Hagan (Andrew) and Ali Grubb; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Joanna and Jillian.
