With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kristin Ann Blue of Springfield, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kristin left this world on November 3, 2024 at the age of 36, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Calvin, Karen Eggleston, Charles and Shirley Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Leon Blue of Colorado and Stacy Eggleston of Springfield; her sons, Jacob and Kaleb Stokes of Texas; and her siblings, Christina Lee of Peoria, Crystal Blue of Springfield, Kelly Blue of New Berlin and Leon E. Blue (Tatiana) of Kewanee. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home & Cremation Service (530 N 5th St, Springfield, IL 62702). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
