Lipscomb of Springfield, Illinois, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lipscomb and Marian A. Russell Lipscomb; his brother Preston; and his son Andrew James. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Anne Scudder of Springfield; his daughters, Corinne E. Lipscomb (Ben Martin) of St. Paul, Laura E. Lipscomb (Jordan Goldschmidt) of Springfield and Rebecca M. Lipscomb (Brian Kelly) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Charlotte E. Koerner, Adrian A. Martin and Michael Frerichs; and his brother Marcus L. Lipscomb (Connie) of Polo, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
