He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle T. Manning and Lois I. Childress Manning; and his brother Lane Manning. He is survived by: his wife Roxy Manning of Springfield; his children, Todd Manning (Amaila) of Canton, IL, Trace Manning (Patti) of Rochester and Michelle Reid (Dick) of Naperville; and his brothers, Ronald Manning (Pat) of Dover, NH and Larry Manning of Springfield. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
