We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2023, at the age of 80, Kenneth E. Harbour of Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Harbour, and Virginia Ogez Harbour, Sr.; and his brother Everett Harbour. He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Whittenburg; his children, Michelle Harbour (Dan Tilles) and David Harbour of Ramona, CA; and his sister Bonnie Snyder. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.
