We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 88, Kathryn Martin of Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Coleman and Kathryn Coleman (Albright); her husband George Martin; her daughters, Martha Martin and Mary Kathryn Martin; and her sisters, Dorothy Serra, Mary Francis Mander, Rita Greenwood and Patricia Conover.
She is survived by: her sons, William George Martin of Colorado Springs, CO and Stephen "SJ" Martin (Tina) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Mason, Kyle and Tyler "TJ"; her stepgrandsons, Devin and Aaron; her great grandchildren, Ophelia, Magnolia and Sawyer; and her sister Lorraine Cass of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
