She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Dillard and Frances Strebel Dillard; her husband Herman Pelley; her sister Alice Kuhn; and her nephew Terry Kuhn.
She is survived by: her siblings, Martina Jenot of Springfield and Benjamin Dillard of Edinburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
