He is survived by: his children, Sarah Moore of Springfield and Matt Moore (Dianna) of Urbana; his close friend Barbara Heflin; his grandchildren, Max, Izzy, Sam and Owen Moore; his brothers, Gary Moore (Donna) of Meredosia and Don Schaefer (Cathy) of Beardstown; and his pet Macie.
