With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Ann Hampleman (Springfield, Illinois), who passed away on September 4, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Goss and Anna Mae Goss (Harmon). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Rob" Hampleman; her children, Kara Gray (Steve) of Springfield and Scott Kunz (Claudia) of Johnstown, CO; her stepson Tyler Hampleman of Champaign; her grandchildren, Cassie, Claire Gray, Caleb and Dominic Kunz; and her cousins, Bill Rusby (Ann) and Ann Draper (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pregnancy Care Center.
