She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Moats and Jennifer Hamilton Moats; her husband John W. Rebeck; and her siblings, Susan Vlach, Raymond and Moe Moats.

She is survived by: her children, Kelly Butler (Kevin) of Brentwood, TN, Brian Rebeck of Springfield and Michael Rebeck of Springfield; and her close friend Jim Buttvick. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
