With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Carlove of Springfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carlove and Mary Carlove; his son Gavin Carlove; his sister Laura Rhoades; and his niece Amy Meyers.
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his daughters, Angelia Shaffer (Benjamin) and Amanda Carlove (Shayne Baker); his grandchildren, Alyssa Weitz (Ethan), Tyler Pfeiler, Mallory Bearden and Keaden Hoyle; his great grandchild Greyson Weitz; and his siblings, Pamela Manning (RC), Daniel Carlove, Susan Mauer, Kim Smith (Joe), Carissa Reynolds (Doug), Patrick Carlove (Kara) and Timothy Carlove. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
