He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Daily and Martha Daily (McCarty). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Daily; his children, Breanna Sigretto (TJ), Aquarius Daily (Brianna Meredith) and Amanda Daily; his grandchildren, Tori Jo, Smoke, Tommie Jo, Izayah and Amora; and his sister Ellen Daily.
