He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Meinhardt of St. Louis, MO, Dan and Peg Dwyer. He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Meinhardt of Springfield and Ellen Dwyer Meinhardt of Springfield; his sister Molly Meinhardt, DC of Asheville, NC.; his stepmother Ann Hambelton Meinhardt; his stepsiblings, John Hambelton (Becky) and Leanne Hambelton Dolan (Eric); and his grandmother Jimmie Meinhardt of St. Louis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
