He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Mehundrew and Hattie Sue Mehundrew; his wife Velma Mehundrew; his children, Nadine Moore, Earl Moore and Mildred McCray; his brother Robert Blaylock Sr.; his grandmother Annie Garth; and his grandchildren, Micheal, Monteal Pulliam and Earl Moore III.
He is survived by: his nephew Robert Blaylock Jr.; his niece Stephanie Pass; his children, Walley Frazier (Debbie) of Arizonia and Sharo Moore of Springfield, IL; and his siblings, Wille Mehundrew (Mary) of Springfield, IL, Dorothy Brandon (Robert) of Nettleton, MS and Lorene Walton (Johnny) of Tupelo, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
