She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Day; her son Elijah Day; her mother Verba Brown; and her brother Warren Brown Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Derris Tucker, Reginald Tucker (Avonte), Larandis Jones and Jalen Day (Kristie); and her siblings, David M. Brown (Betty), Delissa Whiteside and Sandy Brown.
