He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse L. Moyer, Sr. and Thelma Mae Stackhouse Moyer; his son Scott; and his children-in-law, Donald Drendel and Roberta Moyer.
He is survived by: his wife Rita A. Kirby; his children, Maureen Michelle Drendel of Springfield, Mark G. Moyer of Ft. Myers, FL, Gary M. Moyer of Springfield, Bruce E. Moyer (Cathy) of Eden Prairie, MN and David L. Moyer (Linda) of Greenview; and his sister Carolyn Lockhart of Springfield. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
