He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Perkins and Kristen Perkins (Gritters); his sister Bethany Perkins of Springfield; his grandmother Deborah Gamache of Springfield; his aunts, Laura Scholten (Bruce), Linda Brands (Gene), Leanne Mata and Melissa Walker; and his uncle Scott Perkins (Kristin).
