He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Watters of Springfield, Brenda Bailey of Texas, Teresa Colvin and Janice Jones of Ashland; his grandchildren, Steven Rutherford (Stephanie), Christopher Bailey, James Wessing, Ashley Barr (Charles Scooter), Misty Wessing (Patrick Kelly), Jamie Kennedy (Archie) and Angel Alexander (James); his great grandchildren, Stephanie Jacobs, Dustin Jacobs, Richard Allen Bottoms III, Cheyanne Bottoms, Steven Rutherford II, Hailey Rutherford, Charles Barr II, Isaac Barr, Elizabeth Barr and Jazmine Alexander; his great great grandchildren, Amyr Gully and Kylie Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Clyde Bryant, Chuck Powell, Judy Huff, Sheila Beath and Connie Briskow.
