He is survived by: his girlfriend Sarah Rosa of Springfield; his children, Amber Lelys of Springfield, Andrew Hays of Springfield, Alex Hays of Springfield and Lexi Hays of Springfield; his grandchildren, MJ and Lilly Lelys of Springfield; his children, Austin, Lea and Eriq Rosa; his brothers, Brian and Mark Hays (Deb); and his sisters-in-law, Samantha Rosa (Brenda), Michelle Rosa, Debbie Hill, Diana Taylor (Kyle), Jamie Mullens and Cassandra Rosa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
