He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Fries and Marjorie E. Fries (Wilson); and his brothers, Jack Fries of Tecate and Mexico (Don Fries). He is survived by: his children, James Fries (Jill) of Houston, TX, Rhoda Ann Mason (Chad) of Washington, IL, Debra Ann Winchell of Washington, IL, David Fries of Chillicothe, IL and Rhonda Rebekah Fries of Bartonville, IL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
