He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert, Sophie Lesniak and Leonard Tezak. He is survived by: his mother Laura J. Lesniak (Tezak); his wife Kathryn Kleeman Lesniak; his son Lucien Lesniak; his father James A. Lesniak; his grandmother Loretta Tezak of Lincoln; and his aunts, Lynn Spohn (Jerry), Lois Buckley (Gary), Geraldine Drake and Jacqueline Lynn.

COVID-19 protocols will be followed.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
