She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Beekman and Texie Beekman (Bozarth); and her siblings, Juanita Beekman and Darwin "Buddy" Beekman. She is survived by: her husband Donald C. Wright, Sr.; her children, Lori Lynn Verlautz (John) of St. Charles, MO, Sheri Schroeder (Bret Thomas) of Chatham and Don Wright, Jr. (Lori Kaye) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Andrew, Steven Verlautz, Kara Hood (AJ) and Rebecca Wright (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Amelia, Alayna Hood and Lenore Wright; her sister Betty Myers of Springfield; and her sister-in-law Thelma Beekman of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Lupus Foundation of America, or Together Church on North Grand.
