She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sale and Berniece Sale (Hill); her husband Ronald Fernandes; and her siblings, William "Willie", Charles Sale, Louise and Mary Sale.
She is survived by: her son Michael Fernandes (Sarah) of Virden; her grandchildren, Daniel and Katelynn Fernandes; and her sister Eleanor Shroyer of Mt. Olive.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hough & Sons Funeral Home (1119 School St, Hillsboro, IL 62049). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
