He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest William and Mary Louise Waters (Lomprez); his siblings, Daniel, Terry, Dave and Marilyn Marsh; and his cousin Jack Johnson, Sr..
He is survived by: his son Harry T. Waters II (Sara) of Greenview; his grandchildren, Zander and Zoe Waters; his sister Juanita Peterson-Duknoski (Mikel) of Springfield; his brother-in-law Tom Marsh of Springfield; and his cousin Judy Johnson of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Camp Butler National Cemetery (5063 Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
