He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Sprehe (Going) and Harry J. Sprehe; his siblings, Alwin Sprehe and Arline Ahrens (Sprehe); and his brothers-in-law, Norman, Elmer and Wilmer Brockmeier.
He is survived by: his son Mark Allen Sprehe (Julia Sprehe) of Springfield, IL.; his grandchildren, Mark William Sprehe and Rebekah Sprehe of Springfield, IL; his great grandchild Dr. Janet Sprehe (Michael Fleiss) of Lutz, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Muriel Brockmeier of Mascoutah, Priscilla Sprehe of Meza, AZ and Willis Aherns of Centralia, IL..
