He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Sprehe (Going) and Harry J. Sprehe; his siblings, Alwin Sprehe and Arleen Ahrens (Sprehe); and his brothers-in-law, Norman, Elmer and Wilmer Brockmeier.
He is survived by: his son Mark Allen Sprehe (Julia Sprehe) of Springfield, IL.; his grandchildren, Mark William Sprehe and Rebekah Sprehe of Springfield, IL; his great grandchild Dr. Janet Sprehe (Michael Fleiss); his grandchild FLand; and his sisters-in-law, Muriel Brockmeier of Mascoutah and Priscilla Sprehe of Meza, AZ..
