She is survived by: her children, Kokela Slaughter and Torie Rice Sr.; her grandsons, Torie Rice Jr., Torioun Rice and Fabioun Slaughter of Springfield, IL.; her godchildren, Deryl Williams, Cory Willams Jr. of Springfield, IL., Devin Williams of Alton, IL., Brandi Roberson and Daytonya Hunter of Springfield, IL.; her siblings, Victoria Tittle, Marie Brown (Lonzo) of Springfield, IL., Beatrice, David Slaughter, Herman Tittle of Springfield, IL., Larry Slaughter (Debra) of Forrest City, AR. and Moses Slaughter of Savannah, GA.; her close friends, Barb Jones, Odessia Rolfe and Vanessa Jefferson of Springfield, IL.; and her sisters, Jamie Burnett of Springfield, IL. and Lula McKnight of Forrest City, AR.. She is also survived by 12 godchildren and 20 foster grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
