She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cammack and Ardice Hodnefield Cammack; and her brother Dr. Kevin Cammack. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Tjelta of Springfield and Melissa Childs (Tim) of O'Fallon; her grandchildren, Tate Childs of Anna and Haley Childs (Corbin Atterberry) of Columbia, MO; her brothers, Dr. Charles "Chuck" Cammack (Linda) of Lenexa, KS and Roger Cammack (Sandy) of Ellsworth, IA; and her sister-in-law Sue Bowlby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
