He is survived by: his son John J. Kooken (Tara) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Jeffrey M. Kooken of Denver, CO and Kaylee E. Kooken of Springfield; and his brother Ron Kooken (Ann) of Quincy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
