He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall C. Foster and Dorothy E. Foster (Clugston); his wife Anna Jean Gilland Foster; and his siblings, Max Foster (Norma), Don Foster (Helen), Irvin Foster (Ruby), Bernard Foster (Donna) and Marcia Adams (Don).
He is survived by: his stepson David Crocks (Vicky) of Litchfield; his daughter Dawn Rebhun (John) of Gulfport, MS; his stepdaughter Brenda Stamer of Chatham, IL; his siblings, Robert Foster (Deb) of Elkhart, IN and Janice Webb (Keith) of Beeville, TX; his grandchildren, Thomas Galbreath, Keirsten Rebhun and Colin Rebhun; and his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Stamer, Travis Crocks (Lauren) and Sara Rodeffer (Zach). He is also survived by Five step great-grandchildren, Fifteen nephews, two nieces, and numerous other relatives.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Elm Lawn Cemetery (139 Yaeger Lake Trail, Litchfield, IL 62056).
