He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Canham; and his sister-in-law Terri Canham. He is survived by: his mother Joann Mayer Canham; his brothers, Dale Canham of Springfield and Kevin Canham (Cathy) of Springfield; and his niece Emily Canham.
