He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne F. Williams and Eleanor L. Bissell Williams; his brother Kevin Williams (Sara Thompson) of Kansas; and his son Steven Williams. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Williams of San Antonio, TX and Richard Williams of San Antonio, TX; his stepchildren, Anne Armstrong-Willett of Cape Coral, FL and John Armstrong of Springfield; his granddaughters, Samantha Montgomery and Heather Williams; his stepgranddaughter Jacqueline Lutz; his sister Sharon Knock of Springfield; and his nieces, Mindy Rubinger and Stacie Knock.
